Compré un Lumos Matrix hace 3 años y luego de haberlo usado por 14 meses, el botón para encender el casco dejó de funcionar (al parecer por haberle entrado agua pues lo dejé al aire libre en un día que llovió torrencialmente).
Y como ya había pasado los 12 meses de garantía del fabricante pues decidí llamar al servicio de atención al cliente de la compañía Lumos y para mi sorpresa ellos tuvieron la amabilidad de reemplazarme lo por uno nuevo aún estando fuera de garantía y no habiendo sido el fallo por defectos de fabricación.
Estoy muy agradecido por este gesto y esto hace que como cliente me sienta muy alegre y solamente decir que ellos de verdad prestan mucha atención a los clientes.
Recomiendo mucho los productos de Lumos y la especial sensibilidad y gestos como este hacen que el cliente esté muy satisfecho!!

Had this amazing helmet (with MIPS) for almost two years and it has been flawless! Hands down the most expensive helmet I have bought BUT it offers unmatched visibility, unmatched lighting choices, and unmatched reliability. I use the lights night and day which offers me even greater safety as I ride the mean streets of Atlanta 7 days a week. I get compliments every time I wear this helmet and no, I’ve never had someone run into me because they were mesmerized by my light show. You simply must have this helmet.
I think it's wonderful that you offer 30 day returns, no questions asked but I've emailed you numerous times now & I've heard nothing about how to return this helmet ⛑️, where I should ship it to. It's to small for me so please before the 30 days are up & your return policy expires can someone please 🙏 respond to one of my emails so I can start the return process and get a helmet one size larger........ please, please can someone help me with this.🙏
