Returns and exchanges

To start your return, enter your order number and email address or phone number

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number (eg. US#1234) and email address you used to place your order in the fields above and click Start.
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • Choose if you would like a refund to your original payment method, exchange your product, or receive store credit.
  • Upload photos of the item you want to return and its packaging. If you're unable to do so, please do send it to us via support@lumoshelmet.co
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping instructions once the return request is approved. We will also send you a return label for your convenience. It's up to you whether you use our label or prefer to go to the post office directly. The return shipping fee is $9.50 usd if you use the label we have sent you. This amount will be deducted from your refundable amount.
  • This return portal is currently only available to our US customers. If your shipping location is outside the US, please follow the return steps here: https://go.lumoshelmet.co/returns.

 

Are there any charges for returns?

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
  • If you decide to make use of the return label that we provide for your convenience, $9.50 usd will be deducted from your refundable amount.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • The items are purchased from our website (lumoshelmet.co or ridelumos.com)
  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging

If you purchased from Amazon, you can refund your item with Amazon itself. If you bought it through our authorized retailers, please return it with the retailer directly. 


How soon will I get my refund, exchange or store credit?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange or store credit.
  • If your returned item is approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. You may expect this within 2-3 weeks after your return has been received. If you have chosen a refund, it will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
