Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

1. As a member of the Lumos Referral Program, you are subject to Lumos's Terms and Conditions, Lumos 's Privacy Policy, and the additional terms outlined in these Referral Program Terms.

Definitions:

2. Referrer: Anyone aged 18 and above in the United Sates (or as per the age stipulated by local laws) is eligible to participate in our Referral Program. To make a referral, users are required to register and sign in to their Lumos account. Furthermore, the referred individuals must also be at least 18 years old to qualify.

Referred Customer:

3. A person who arrives at the Lumos referral page using the unique referral link provided by a Referrer. The referred-in friend did not have an Lumos account before he was referred. The Referred Customer and the referrer can not be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), as determined at Lumos's sole discretion.


Qualified Sign-up Referral:

4. A Qualified Referral is defined as a first-time sign-up at Lumos's official website by a Referred Customer. The referee customer should sign up at the same regional site. For example, if the referrer joined our Referral program on the US site (https://ridelumos.com/, the referred-in customer should also sign up in the US online store. (https://ridelumos.com/. Refer to a person only once. If one person is referred multiple times, only the first sign-up is considered a qualified sign-up referral.


Qualified Purchase Referral:

5. A Qualified Purchase Referral is defined as a first-time order placed by a Referred Customer. The total value should exceed a certain threshold for each store (excluding discounts, shipping charges, returns, canceled transactions, and any applicable third-party fees) and be purchased in a specific region or country and shipped to an address located in the same region or country. For example, if the referrer joins our Referral program on the US site (https://ridelumos.com/, the referred-in customer should sign up and shop in the US online store. (https://ridelumos.com/. The $10 coupon can only be used in the same store.(https://ridelumos.com/)

Referral Reward:

6. The referred-in friends can get a $10 off coupon when they sign up successfully and place an order with the referral link.

(3) Referrers and referees both get rewards for successful sign-ups and place an 
 order.
(4) Referrers get rewards when your referred-in friends place the first order.

Referral Rewards:

10. By making a successful referral, the Referrer can $10 off coupon for their first order. Referrers can earn a free winter liner for every successful referral.

Referral Rewards Rules:

11. Referral Rewards (Gift and Coupon) can only be used to purchase products at the same site or store and are not redeemable for cash.

12.The Points are valid 365 days after being issued.

You earn the rewards only if your friends register at Lumos with your unique link.
5. How do I know if my referral is successful?
You can log in to the Lumos Points Program or Referral Program Pages to track your friends' progress as soon as they sign up and purchase.
6. Will my referral link Expire?
Your referral link may expire and be updated with campaigns. Stay tuned and get the latest link to share with your friends.

About Referrers

1. How do you refer a friend?
Log in to the Lumos Referral Program, get your exclusive referral link, and share it with your friends. Your friends need to sign up by clicking your referral link. After signing up at Lumos, you can get a purchase referral reward if your friends make a purchase.
2. Can I share the link with someone abroad?
The referral program is limited to each regional site.
3. Where can I share the referral link?
Besides sending your referral link to your friends directly, you can share your link via email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
4. What rewards can I earn?
You can earn 200 Points for every successful sign-up referral. And You can Like on Facebook to earn 100 Points,Share on Facebook to earn 100 Points and follow on Instagram to earn 200 Points
5. Where can I check and redeem my points earned from the referral?
You can check in the Referral page. Please redeem points for rewards in the page.
6. Where can I find my referral rewards?
You can find them in the "My Rewards" section on the Referral page.
7. Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer or the rewards I can earn?
This event allows each ID to participate a maximum of three times.
8. What can I do if I haven't received my reward?
The first step would be to confirm the below information:
Your friend has used your referral link.
Your friend does not have an Lumos account before your referral.
This is the first order after he signs up with your referral link.
It's been at least 30 days since the referee's order was delivered.
Check your referral account to check the rewards you receive.

9. What if my friend has trouble signing up?
Check if your friend has already registered at Lumos. Registered members can not make a successful sign-up or purchase referral.
10. Can my friend use multiple referral links?
Your friend may only use one referral link to sign up.
