The Lumos Winter Liner can be easily inserted into your helmet: STEP 1: Remove all padding from your current helmet.STEP 2: Press the Winter Liner firmly against the inside of the helmet for a few times to ensure the liner is securely attached.STEP 3: Thread the helmet straps through the fixing band of the Winter Liner to secure it in place.
