I thought it was a little pricey but I had to have it. My previous one was losing it's touch sensitivity and was hurting my fingers to get it to work. On the plus side, it got here way faster than I expected and connected to my helmet immediately.
This was a replacement indicator as by original indicator had perished under the UV light in New Zealand. Extremely happy with the indicator and service

I bought the firefly mini lights and handlebar remote for winter predawn riding and absolutely loved them but was never quite convinced that the remote was charging. After six months when darkness returned to my morning commute and the remote suddenly ceased to pair, I went looking for trouble shooting advice and found clear and concise instructions on the information to send so that tech support could address my problem quickly. The email response was quick, they answered the questions I posed, and immediately agreed that the problem was a remote that was failing to charge. Within a couple of hours a new replacement remote was dispatched to me and I am now back to feeling a bit more visible on those early morning rides. I was always pleased with the product, but the service was top notch!
